Mitchell Sales Agencies was started by Graeme Mitchell in 1993 to service the BC Utility market for products manufactured by Schneider Electric. This followed a successful career with Federal Pioneer which started in 1977 and built on the many relationships that had been established over the years.
The product range expanded to include other utility related products from other manufacturers and encompassed the sale of the Winnipeg Transformer plant to Pauwels International of Belgium in 1994 and then to the CG Group.. The geographical area was expanded in the late 90’s to cover Alberta where we have made successful inroads into that market with CG Power Systems, CI Agent and CGIT.
The business focus is now on BC and Alberta Utilities and consulting engineers with emphasis on large electrical infrastructure projects. We also deal in the electrical distribution and industrial markets in both Provinces.
